Warning: This is a less canon kind of 2p!England where he doesn't kill people and add them to his cupcakes. He still has the canon body and stuff but not the personality. Sorry for any confusion.

You were walking down the street sniffling softly. You had just moved to a new city and life wasn't working with you. Your important packages had been lost that had most of your money and clothes, you didn't have any hot water so you had to take a cold shower and you were homesick. A soft sigh made a puff of mist appear before you and you gave a soft smile. You suddenly saw a bright pink that contrasted to the dull greyness of the city walls. You looked across the street and saw a bright pink store.
'Arthur's cupcakes?' You thought. You could go far a cupcake right now. You went to the cross walk and waited for the white sign that told you to walk. When it appeared you went across and accidentally bumped into a man. He dropped a small groceries bag he had in his hands and you immediately dropped to the floor.
"I'm so sorry! I should have been paying attention!" You said as you started to place all of his groceries into the small white plastic bag. A man was on the floor with you and was putting things back in with you.
"N-No it's alright." You heard a man say. You noticed he had a British accent. You stood up with the bag in hand and handed it to the man. He had orange hair, freckles on his face and blue eyes. He was wearing a light brown overcoat and pink gloves.
"Sorry again." You said as he took the bag.
"It's alright love. No harm was done. Where are you off to?" He asked. As he started to walk and noticed you were going in the same direction.
"Well I'm in a crummy mood and-" You were stopped suddenly as the man grabbed your hands.
"You poor thing! Come along!" He said as he started to drag you away. He stopped in front of the pink store and started to unlock the store.
"Oh, I was heading here!" You said as he finished opening the front door.
"Really?!" He said excitedly as he held the door open for you. "Well then welcome to Arthur's cupcakes!" He said as you walked in chuckling softly.
"Thank you." Arthur had dashed behind the counter and turned on lights to make the store brighter. You noticed it had a light pink and blue wallpaper and had white tables and chairs.
"So, what would you like?" Arthur asked. You noticed he had a light blue apron on and was leaning against a glass case. You peered into the case and saw a wide variety of decorative cupcakes.
"These all look so good!" You said. "Did you bake these?" You asked. Arthur nodded his head and you smiled. "They look so pretty too. I think I'll get a (favorite cupcake flavor) cupcake." You said. Arthur pulled it out and handed it to you. You took a small bite and froze.
"Is there something wrong with the cupcake?" Arthur asked, as he started to fiddle with his fingers nervously.
"This." You said pointing to the cupcake. "Is the best cupcake. Ever." You said as you took another bite. "I'm not even joking. This is a cupcake win."
"T-Thank you! You're actually the first person to come in since I opened."
"No. That is a lie. This cupcake is too delicious." You said giving him a stern look.
"I'm not lying though! No one's walked in yet." He said as he leaned against the glass case again.
"Well then they are missing the best cupcakes ever. How much do I owe you?" You asked as you pulled out a debit card that you had been using since you moved.
"Nothing! You said you were having a bad day so I will give that to you free." He said. You smiled and shook your head.
"Nope. I have to pay you. How much is it?" You pried.
"I can't tell you! You'll pay me then and I can't allow a lady with a bad day to pay for a cupcake." He said sternly. You stared at him for minute and then walked to the glass case that he was leaning on. He looked at you curiously as you stared at him. You pecked his cheek and smiled.
"If you wont accept my money then accept my kiss!" You said as you ran out the door. Arthur was shocked as you popped back in. "By the way, I'm (name) and I'll be coming here often."
